Victoria Tower Wishlist and Victoria Tower Tinkerbell are both maturing beautifully! They are both now losing their foal coats and Wishlist is turning black and Tinkerbell a dark bay, almost black colour also. Both, very friendly too!
Pictured left is Anikka and Victoria Tower Wishlist, now 8 weeks old.

In January, Anikka attended Kingston Agricultural Show aboard her beautiful pony Torrensway Momento. Anikka and 'Milly' had another successful day with Anikka placing second in her Open Rider 8 - 10 Years Old class in a large, competive class and then were awarded 1st place for open Show Pony 13.2hh - 14hh. We had such a fun day and we were so proud of both Anikka and Milly.

Pictured left, Victoria Tower Tinkerbell, by Victoria Tower Summer Serenade, made an early entrance to the world, arriving 10 days before her due date. It was a relief looking out the window in the morning and seeing a healthy little bay filly drinking milk from her mum (Hibrie Black Swan.) Black Swan had not waxed up and did not show signs of foaling, so it was a pleasant surprise seeing Tinkerbell healthy and happy. We named her Tinkerbell as she is such a pretty, petite little filly. She has the most extraordinary long, fine legs and the prettiest face with big poppy eyes.
Tinkerbell will be offered for sale at weaning.

After waiting 7 weeks past Mirinda Centre Stage's due date, we were so relieved
when she finally foaled a healthy colt foal. Not only healthy, but an absolute stunner! We have named him Victoria Tower Wishlist and he has the most amazing colour, a dark chocolate colour, with a star and sock. Once again, Victoria Tower Summer Serenade has passed on his prettiness and movement, not to mention his quiet temperament!
Pictured right is Victoria Tower Wishlist at 8 days old.
Levens Just An Angel (Royal Command of Beckworth) has also been scanned and confirmed in foal to Victoria Tower Summer Serenade. This foal is sure to be a sweet little one, who will mature approximately 12hh.

Pictured left, Victoria Tower Sequel, by Victoria Tower Summer Serenade, made a wonderful return to the show ring. Now 2 years old, Sequel, in Ring 1, won Open Pony Up To 12hh and then was awarded Reserve Champion.
We look forward to Sequel's saddle career with his new owners.

On the 9th April,
our 7 year old daughter, Anikka, aboard her beautiful pony Torrensway Momento,
competed at her, and her pony's, first dressage test at the
Australian Pony Owners and Breeders Dressage
Championship. We were so proud of them, riding the test so well,
receiving fantastic comments from the judge and placing 6th!

The breeding season saw the arrival
of more gorgeous foals, both locally and interstate, by Victoria Tower Summer Serenade.
He is already proving himself as a sire, passing on his prettiness, movement and quiet temperament to his foals and who are already winning Supremes in the show ring. This year, we chose not to campaign VT Summer Serenade and instead stand him full time at stud
and concentrate on breeding. We were more than thrilled with the amount and quality of the mares
and we look forward to the arrival of their foals this coming season.
We also
acquired two more beautiful broodmares. 'Hibrie Black Swan'
by the Royal Supreme Winner Willowcroft Distinction (by
Willowcroft Regal Emblem) is a pretty true black 13.2hh mare with superb
movement and extremely friendly! 'Levens Just An Angel' (pictured right) is such a sweet little
mare by Royal Command of Beckworth. Angel has alot of white, and we plan to breed
some gorgeous leading rein ponies.

is in foal to Victoria Tower Summer Serenade and is due 11th October.
Hibrie Black Swan is also in foal and due 11th December.

This
Foal Show season, Victoria Tower Sequel (by VT
Summer Serenade) was prepared and campaigned by Greg
Mickan and Terry Van Heythuysen. I could not be
more pleased with the professionalism of Greg and
Terry and the care given to Sequel. The first show
for Sequel was the A.P.S.B. Western Promotional
Group Foal Show where he was awarded 1st Open Colt
or Gelding to Mature 12.00hh - 13.00hh, Champion
Open Breeds Foal, 1st Riding Pony Colt or Gelding to
Mature Over 12.2hh, Champion Riding Pony Foal and
Supreme Champion Open Breeds Foal. Greg and Terry
presented Sequel beautifully and Greg did a
wonderful job leading him.
A week
later, VT Sequel attended the V.A.H.A. Petstock Youngstock
Show. Another very successful show where he was
awarded 1st Riding Pony Male, Champion Riding Pony,
Supreme Champion Open Breed Foal, 1st Arabian Riding
Pony Male, Champion Arabian Riding Pony and Supreme
Champion Arabian Derivative.
At the
Riding Pony Foal Show, VT Sequel was 2nd in a very
strong colt class. He was then awarded Reserve
Champion. Once again, superbly presented by Greg
and Terry and led by Greg.
Victoria
Tower Sequel has now been sold.

The gorgeous colt Victoria Tower Sequel (VT Summer
Serenade/Mirinda Centre Stage) has now been weaned.
Sequel truly is breathtaking, and not only has
he inherited VT Summer Serenade's looks but
also movement.

After alot of deliberation, we decided to sell
Beckworth Royal Summer. Summer has a very special
place in our hearts, and would only be sold to a
wonderful home. We were delighted when Rowena
Cameron from River Ridge Stud in Queensland
contacted us regarding Summer, and we knew then we
had found the perfect home.

Mirinda Centre Stage foaled a stunning chestnut colt
with a
star,
stripe, snip and one white sock on the 22nd
October.
He is the first foal born by Victoria Tower Summer
Serenade and is so similar to Summer Serenade, not only
in type but also movement. We couldn't be happier.

Victoria Tower Summer Serenade competed at the
Riding Pony Pageant, prepared by Nathan Berrill. It
was an extremely wet day, with November's monthly
rainfall, falling in 24 hours!
|
|
Nathan did a wonderful job exhibiting Summer
Serenade in these conditions, not only was it wet
but also windy. They won 3 Year Old Riding Pony
Colt, 2 and 3 Year Old Arabian Derivitive Colt and
were also awarded Champion Colt or Stallion.

The

Victoria Tower Summer Serenade. His first show
having been prepared by Nathan Berrill, was the EFA
Spring Show where VT Summer Serenade was declared
Champion Open In Hand Pony and also Best Youngstock
Exhibit.
At
Donald Agricultural Show, a Riding Pony qualifying
Show, Victoria Tower Summer Serenade was Champion
Riding Pony Youngstock Exhibit and was then awarded
Supreme Champion In Hand Show Pony Exhibit. Once
again, beautifully prepared and campaigned by Nathan
Berrill.
